I'm having trouble accessing my Juke

Is your device on the same network as your Juke?

Ensure that your device (ie, phone, laptop) is connected to the same WiFi network as your Juke. If your Juke is hardwired to a router. Please ensure that your device is connected to the WiFi network of the router.
