Look up information on your Juke using its serial number. This is useful for discovering your device’s local IP address or checking the last time your device checked in to our servers.

For privacy, device lookup results do not contain any personal data and are not link to any user accounts. IP addresses shared are only accessible on your Juke’s local networks and cannot be accessed across the internet.

You can find your device's serial number from within the system information page or on the bottom label of the Juke itself.
